Logotic Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Logotic. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at logotic.me and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Logotic ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using Logotic, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to belong to a person under 18.

2. Description of the Service

Logotic is a free logo bank platform that allows users to:

  • Browse and download logo files in various formats (SVG, PNG, and others).
  • Create an account (via email/password or Google Sign-In) to upload their own logo files.
  • Search, filter, and interact with logos organized by category and tags.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will update these Terms accordingly and notify users before any charges apply.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at info@logotic.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent our anti-abuse systems (e.g., upload rate limits, duplicate-file detection).

4. License to Downloaded Logos

Unless otherwise stated on a specific logo's page, logos downloaded from Logotic are provided under a free-use license, including commercial use. This means you may generally use downloaded logos for personal and commercial projects without additional payment.

This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying trademark, brand, or intellectual property that a logo may represent. Many logos on the platform depict third-party brands and trademarks; Logotic does not claim ownership of those trademarks, and your use of a downloaded logo does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the trademark owner. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any downloaded logo complies with applicable trademark and intellectual property law, particularly for commercial use of third-party brand marks.

5. User-Uploaded Content

5.1 Ownership

Ownership of content you upload depends on its origin:

  • Original content you created: you retain your ownership rights. By uploading, you grant Logotic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and make your content available for download by other users through the Service, for as long as the content remains on the Platform.
  • Third-party content (existing brand/company logos): you must have the right to upload such content, or it must be uploaded under fair use, public domain, or a license that permits redistribution. Logotic does not claim ownership over trademarks or brand assets belonging to third parties.

5.2 Your responsibilities

When uploading content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to upload and share it.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of a third party.
  • The content does not contain malicious code, scripts, or files (uploaded SVG files are automatically sanitized to remove embedded scripts as a security measure).
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5.3 Removal of content

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, refuse, or remove any uploaded content at our sole discretion, including in response to a valid rights-holder complaint (see Section 6).

6. Copyright and Trademark Complaints

If you believe content on Logotic infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please contact us at info@logotic.me with:

  • A description of the work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Logotic.
  • Your contact information and a statement affirming, in good faith, that the use is not authorized.

We will review valid complaints and remove infringing content as appropriate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass upload limits, deduplication systems, or other anti-abuse mechanisms.
  • Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to compromise the security of the Platform or other users.
  • Scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property of the Platform

The Logotic name, logo, website design, source code, and all related materials (excluding user-uploaded content and third-party trademarks depicted in logos) are the property of Logotic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform itself without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Sign-In and Services

Logotic allows you to sign in using third-party services such as Google. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

The Service may also display advertising and use analytics tools provided by third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any specific logo is free of third-party rights or suitable for your intended use.
  • Content uploaded by other users is accurate, lawful, or non-infringing.

You use downloaded logos, particularly for commercial purposes, at your own risk and are responsible for conducting any necessary due diligence (e.g., trademark clearance) before commercial use.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOGOTIC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), given that the Service is provided free of charge.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logotic, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Sections 4, 6, 10, 11, 12) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent U.S. courts.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logotic regarding the Service.
  • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations freely.
